Job Description

In a **maintenance role**, a **Fire Technician** is responsible for ensuring that all fire safety systems and equipment are in optimal working condition to prevent fire hazards and protect occupants. Here are the key responsibilities specific to **maintenance**:


### 1. **Regular Inspections of Fire Safety Equipment:**

  - Conduct routine inspections of fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, emergency lighting, and other fire protection systems.

  - Check for signs of wear, corrosion, leakage, or malfunction in fire equipment and take corrective actions.


### 2. **Testing Fire Alarm and Detection Systems:**

### 3. **Servicing and Preventive Maintenance:**
