Overview: Hodo Hospitality LLP, a dynamic startup in the hospitality sector based in Bangalore, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, report low stock levels, and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment.
• Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
