Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Maintenance:

Replace linens, restock supplies, and maintain an inventory of cleaning products.

Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to the supervisor.

3. Waste Management:

Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.

Ensure proper segregation of waste as per company policies.

4. Safety and Hygiene:

Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

5. Customer Service:

Respond to requests and complaints courteously and promptly.

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with clients, guests, or residents.
