HR Assistant - Arman Foodtech Private Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process and managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and employees. 

Key Responsibilities:


* Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.), screening applications, and conducting initial phone interviews.

* Candidate Management: Coordinate candidate communication, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

* Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment.

* Recruitment Administration: Prepare recruitment materials, manage job postings, and assist with the recruitment budget. 

Day-to-Day HR Operations:

* Employee Records: Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.

* Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and administration, including answering employee questions and processing changes.

* HR Systems: Manage and update HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy.

* Employee Relations: Support the HR team with general employee relations issues, answering questions, and resolving minor issues.

* Training and Development: Assist with organizing and coordinating training programs for employees.

* Event Planning: Help plan and execute HR-related events, such as new hire orientations, team building activities, and employee appreciation events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Detail-oriented and highly organized.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
