Job Description

Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases or applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts or grievances, in collaboration with HR managers or supervisors.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.


Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, updating performance evaluation forms, and tracking performance review deadlines.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations and employee feedback.
  • Maintain performance-related records and databases for tracking employee progress and development.


HR Administration:

  • Manage HR-related documentation, including employee contracts, offer letters, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or other databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents as requested by management.


Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct audits or checks to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.


Benefits Administration:

  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or providers for benefits enrollment, changes, or claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits participation and eligibility.
