We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Advanced Skills Educator to join our team at Zikshana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching advanced English communication skills, the German language, STEM education, and computer coding languages. The goal is to enhance each student's individual skills through tailored and effective teaching methods

Key Responsibilities:

English Communication Skills:

Develop and implement lesson plans that improve students' speaking, writing, and comprehension abilities.

Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment to encourage active participation.

German Language:

Design curriculum and activities to teach German language proficiency, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

Utilize immersive and interactive teaching techniques to make learning German enjoyable and effective.

STEM Education:

Create and execute STEM lesson plans that cover science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Use hands-on projects and experiments to demonstrate STEM concepts and encourage critical thinking.

Computer Coding Languages:

Teach various computer coding languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch, depending on the students' age and skill level.

Develop projects that allow students to apply coding skills in real-world scenarios.

Individual Student Development:

Assess each student's strengths, weaknesses, and progress regularly.

Provide personalized instruction and feedback to support individual student growth.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, STEM, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in German and at least one coding language.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Creative and innovative approach to teaching.

Certifications:

Relevant teaching certifications or credentials in English, German, STEM, or coding education.
