We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Infertility Counselor to join our team and provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and couples struggling with infertility. In this role, you will educate patients on various infertility treatment options and different packages we offer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological concerns related to infertility.
• Provide comprehensive education on infertility causes, diagnosis, and treatment options, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), and other Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART).
• Clearly explain the different treatment packages offered by the clinic, including their costs, benefits, and success rates.
• Help patients navigate the decision-making process for fertility treatments, considering their individual needs, financial constraints, and emotional well-being.
• Offer support and guidance throughout the treatment cycle, including pre-treatment, during treatment, and post-treatment.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications:

• BAMS | BHMS | BUMS | Bachelors in Life Science or Nursing
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with individuals and couples experiencing infertility.
• Strong understanding of infertility causes, diagnosis, and treatment options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients in sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in explaining complex medical information in a clear and understandable way.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a strong focus on patient advocacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience working in a fertility clinic setting.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage for infertility treatments.
