Core Responsibilities -

1. Connecting to 75 students daily guiding about Education Loan.
2. Guiding students about the best fit available Education Loan options.
3. Collecting Documents and Updating Portal Details as per students' details.
4. Maintain Accurate Notes and Status accordingly.
5. Connect to 60-75 students every day and collect -
6. Complete Documents for a minimum of 3 Students every day.
7. Ensure a minimum of 3 Unique Logins every day.

Mandatory Requirements -

Decent communication skills in English, Hindi & Native languages (of location like Telugu, Tamil and Kannada).

Available for Work from the office.

Note - For the Bengaluru location, you should be available to work from the Office.

Workday and timings -

1. 6-day work week with 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
2. Flexible timings with 9 hrs. workday (inclusive of 1 hr. break).
3. Leaves- 2 paid leaves in a month + company holidays.
4. Experience: 1 - 2 yrs.

Incentives -

1. INR 50 per Student - upon collection of complete docs of 4th Student onwards daily. - Monthly
2. INR 100 per student - upon Login of 3rd Student onwards daily. - Monthly
3. INR 100 per VAS Sales for every Team for their lead. - Quarterly
4. INR 500 per Visa Services Sales. - Quarterly
5. INR 50 Per PF Collection (From 5th File onwards) - Monthly
