Job Description
Overview
We are looking for dedicated and analytical Business Development and Marketing Executive to drive the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a for dedicated and analytical individual with a strong sales acumen and exceptional marketing skills to drive revenue growth and increase market presence. The ideal individual should have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews business operations, assesses evolving business ideas, liaises between groups and departments and communicates recommendations for improving business operations.
- Track business performance and allocate and manage the company’s resources to drive an increase in revenue. Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools then consider options for improvement.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized offerings for clients and secure new business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the business network.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Regular Field Visits.
Note: This is a Hybrid role & involves regular field visits, petrol allowance will be provide by the company.
