Process Description – Customer Services – Inbound & Outbound Banking process (Axis Bank & Airtel Payment Bank)
Candidate Profile:
Speaking with Customer and resolving their queries (Inbound & Outbound)
Language – Good in English and Hindi
Qualification – Mix of graduate and undergraduate (Graduate - v4/v5, Undergraduate V4/V5)
A mix of experience: Fresher to Experienced - Any
Salary- 20k take home + incentive
Shift window -24/7 (Rotational Based on business requirements)
Week off – Rotational
