1. If a candidate is SME or CSR they should have through knowledge on the process what job they are doing in detail

2. If a candidate is QA experience, then, they should know what is quality and why is it done.

4. Should have strong analytical skills and logical thinking.

5. Should have ACPT and RCA knowledge.

6. Experience in DSAT, CSAT ,Repeat and GAP analysis

7. At least 1 years of quality analyst background

8. From Non voice Experience(especially from chat process)

9. Good Verbal and written communication
