Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration for FMCG food products.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to secure new accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and market developments.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify product enhancements, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients and key stakeholders.
  7. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our products in the market.
  10. Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards to ensure ethical business practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in FMCG food sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
