Job Description

Responsibilities: • Guide and assist clients with renting and buying of homes in a professional, proactive and transparent manner. • Supervise and guide field executives to ensure efficient and smooth site viewings for clients. • Provide post-visit updates to home owners in a timely manner. • Maintain active communication with clients to have a sound understanding of their preferences and requirements, and assist appropriately. • Consistent effort to improve understanding of the real estate market, as well as the properties being taken up by the company. • Conduct effective negotiations between interested parties, and prepare a roadmap for the closure of the deal in question, for efficient execution. • Provide informed assistance to clients on the paperwork, legal, financial, and other aspects arising during the course of a deal. • Carry out post-sales duties to maintain a consistent quality in service delivery. Requirements • Experience working as a Sales advisor or executive • Willingness to commute for client meetings, when required, across Bangalore • Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication • Pleasant and trustworthy personality • Computer skills including MS Office familiarity
