Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Drive sales performance by setting targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Store Management:
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Inventory Control:
• Manage and coordinate product deliveries, returns, and transfers.

• Customer Service & Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
