Role Description
This is a full-time on-field role for a Sales Manager/Executive located in Bangalore. You will be assigned leads for clients seeking real estate properties in the city.
The major responsibilities include managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients, working for sales closures, coordinating with internal teams to ensure to meet client requirements, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities in Detail
- Interacting with assigned leads/clients and lining up F2F meetings or site visits
- Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until closure.
- Convincing and Negotiating Deals with Customers
- Coordinate between clients and company and update the status regarding services, pricing, and new product releases.
- Report on sales activities through scheduled reporting structure.
- Reaching the targets and set goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
- To build and enhance the company's brand image internally and externally
- Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organization policies religiously.
Qualifications
- Any Degree
- Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills
- Enthusiastic and Futuristic
- Emotional Intelligence, Meticulous and Team Player
- 1 - 5 years experience in Sales (preferred)
