Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive Intern, you’ll be the initial touchpoint for potential clients, shaping the first impression they have of Rankchimp. You will take ownership of outreach through WhatsApp marketing and pre-sales, guiding leads through the funnel with a human touch. Your role will involve engaging prospects, addressing queries, and ensuring they are set on the right path to discovering how Rankchimp can help their business thrive.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns by engaging with prospects and ensuring effective communication about our services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or calls, providing valuable pre-sales information.
  • Follow up with leads to convert interest into appointments for deeper consultations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, interactions, and next steps to ensure the sales pipeline is organized and effective.
  • Assist in nurturing leads through the funnel by providing tailored information and answering questions about Rankchimp’s services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized outreach strategies and improve response rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition through the sales process.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, conversion rates, and areas of improvement for the outreach process.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to streamline the pre-sales process and improve lead engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields. (Or just a passion for Sales!)
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills, especially in text-based communication like WhatsApp.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services and a willingness to learn more about SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Web Development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt messaging based on the lead’s industry, needs, and pain points.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs, with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple outreach efforts and follow-up schedules.
  • A positive attitude, hunger to learn, and desire to contribute to the growth of Rankchimp.
