Job Title Customer Relations Executive – Real Estate & Turnkey Construction Services

We are seeking an experienced and multilingual Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence and drive sales.
Job Description: As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships in the real estate and turnkey construction sectors. You will leverage your multilingual skills to engage with a diverse clientele and drive sales for our comprehensive construction and interior design services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to potential clients in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil, introducing our real estate and turnkey construction services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach efforts, utilizing your language skills to connect with a broad client base.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for their real estate and construction needs.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our real estate offerings and turnkey construction services, including interior design, renovation, and project management.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics to assess and improve sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of proven sales experience in real estate, construction, or related fields. Experience in a remote sales role is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil with strong communication skills in all four languages.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate and turnkey construction services, including residential and commercial projects, interior design, and renovation.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective at identifying client challenges and providing suitable solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and aligning with company policies.
