- Responsible for managing and executing projects particularly

concerning villas Construction.

Including time, quality control and being accountable for project direction

- Ensured accurate setting out and levelling of the works were in accordance with the drawings/specifications.

- Supervised construction and Villas works are as IS standards

- Produced and logged photographic records.

- Surveyed the construction site to ensure the finished grades were as per design.

- Attended construction progress meetings with Clients and Engineers.

- Strategic planner and creative problem solver.

- Good organizational and analytical abilities.

- Flexible to work across all areas of the business, and hours to meet the requirements of the challenging position.

- Capable of Managing projects in all stages.

- Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, STAAD-PRO, Revit Architecture, MS Office, MS Project
