As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet all requirements while maintaining a safe working environment. 

**Responsibilities:** 

- **Project Management:** Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. 

- **Supervision:** Coordinate activities of workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. 

- **Quality Control:** Ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards and comply with regulations. 

- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. 

- **Progress Reporting:** Monitor and update stakeholders on project progress. 

- **Problem Solving:** Address construction challenges and obstacles. 

- **Communication:** Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. 

- **Documentation:** Keep detailed records of project activities. 

- **Cost Control:** Monitor expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality. 

- **Client Relations:** Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing concerns and providing excellent service. 

**Requirements:** 

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 

- **Experience:** 2-5 years in construction supervision or interior site supervision. 

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in construction techniques and project management software. 

- **Leadership Abilities:** Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
