Job Title: Social & Brand Manager

Job Summary: The Social & Brand Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation across social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand objectives.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback, and respond appropriately.

Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Manage brand reputation by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues on social media.

Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in social media management and brand marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
