Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across all platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and managing campaigns to grow our audience and elevate the brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and manage social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster community engagement
• Analyze performance metrics using social media tools to optimize content and strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visuals, videos, and campaigns
• Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
• Track and report on key metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions)
• Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations
• Handle crisis management on social platforms if needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
