Job Description:

Athena BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to join our team at the Banashankari, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in telesales, and proficiency in multiple languages. You will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics, and report on team performance to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in a BPO or sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to meet performance goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
