JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and customer support efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Customer Support Engineer or similar role.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Customer-oriented and able to empathize with clients’ technical issues.
