Job Title  

Telemarketing & Administration Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary  

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to take on the role of Telemarketing & Administration Executive. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage administrative tasks, handle B2B customer support, and follow up on leads through telecalling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Kannada and should have the ability to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.


 Key Responsibilities


1. B2B Customer Support TeleCalling 

  • Record and log customer data (B2C & B2B) in Google Sheets.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage support for B2B & B2C clients.


2. Lead Conversion & Follow-up  

  • Call up leads generated from various channels and follow a predefined script to convert them into store visits or sales.
  • Follow up on inquiries through WhatsApp, Email, and Calls to ensure lead conversion.
  • Generate reports to track telecalling performance and conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Kannada (spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with B2B clients and retail customers.
  • Prior experience in telecalling for sales roles, with the ability to handle objections.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Ability to quickly learn CRM tools and reporting software.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in B2B support preferred.
  • Effective time management skills for balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach for customer and administrative challenges.

 Eligibility Requirements

- Gender: Female candidates only.  

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, customer support, or administration.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or any related field is preferred.

- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Bengaluru.

  

Working Hours  

- Full-time position with working hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
