Job Description

  • Position: Sales Executive - Domestic Sales Process Join our team for the Domestic Sales Process as a Sales Executive.
  • We're seeking individuals with at least 6 months of BPO experience and a passion for sales to drive our domestic sales efforts.
  • Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers to promote gaming products and services, persuasively conveying their benefits.
  • Utilize your sales skills to effectively address customer inquiries, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales processes and achieve team goals.
  • Qualifications: Minimum qualification: PUC.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in sales.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English languages (mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work a 6-day week with one rotational day off and a day shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
