We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic offline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals by converting the walkins to potential Admissions. This role will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head and City Head. They will play a crucial role in delivering a world class experience to our consumers.The concise responsibility of the incumbent would be as follows:


Responsibilities:


Walk-in Conversion:
  • Engage with walk-in visitors, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the admissions process.
Lead Qualification:
  • Assess and qualify potential students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Admissions Guidance:
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.
Application Assistance:
  • Assist applicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
Interviews and Counseling:
  • Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of prospective students and guide them towards suitable programs.
Collaboration with Academic Departments:
  • Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.
CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in efforts to attract and convert prospective students.
Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based admissions targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathise and build rapport with prospective students.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding admissions targets.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Stay informed about educational trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyse market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Preferred background or familiarity with the Education sector, counselling, or related fields, offering an added advantage in fulfilling the requirements of this role.
