Assistant Manager

  • Be comfortable leading technical accounting projects, such as new accounting procurements and innovation in process development and reengineering
  • Be able to take responsibility for monthly close process/ procedures including process control documentation and providing detailed analysis of the operational results of the firm and foreign entities on a monthly basis
  • Ensure a detail oriented and best practice level approach to preparation and analysis of statutory financial statements under local jurisdictional GAAPs as well as global regulatory monitoring including working hands on with other departments to ensure consistent data is gathered and submitted to regulatory authorities
  • Offer a highly proactive approach in assisting other departments with accounting matters, and coordination of US and foreign audits with local auditors and company personnel
  • Have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, up to three years of accounting experience, understanding of consolidation processes and procedures, experience with SOX-based control requirements, public accounting experience and a CPA
