You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. In Risk Management you will be responsible for anticipating, plan for, and react to risks and issues to the project, including categorizing their severity, taking into account the likelihood of occurrence, mitigation & contingency planning. You will be expected to follow an agile approach that builds risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events and helps in continuous project delivery. Typing speed of 30 WPM with 98% accuracy Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibility Team Management: • Manage a team of Team Leads, analysts & Sr Analysts (team size of approx. 40 analysts and 4 Leads). Span of control depends on process dynamics. • Drive effective Team governance to ensure timely coaching and feedback delivery, effective team engagement, proactive attrition management • Drive Quality, Controls and data security requirements within the team. Process Management: • Manage the work intake process through defined Process Change Request methodology • Manage capacity utilization globally for the process tower • Manage overall process, meet & exceed all SLAs, Ops metrics & deliverables • Collaborate with Operations Manager and Team Leads to share ideas and lessons learned • Identify, document, and review opportunities for team improvement in procedures/processes/standards to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency; execute implementation of improvements • Perform analysis of quality audits; analyze results and develop process improvements to maintain quality deliverables • Perform process RCA and drive continuous improvements • Foster culture of process improvements and drive key projects to execute expected productivity targets. • Drive Operational excellence in operations as per Accenture’s standards. • Create Process Documentations, various reporting and MIS for client and Accenture Leadership review. Client Management and Deliverables: • Client Interfacing role i.e. On a regular basis interact with Accenture’s clients and provide defined services. • Drive Governance structure for the team with clients i.e. WBRs, MBRs, QBRs and other related governance. • Perform required analysis and reporting as required with clients. • Attend client requests with utmost urgency and priorities • Handle and timely escalate any potential risks within the process • Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures about Data Protection.
