Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Supply Planner
In this role, you handle material SKU planning activities that include global inventory management and replenishment, production levels to plan for materials, look at the chain from upstream to downstream with both short and long-term planning strategies in mind. The role involves capacity planning, production scheduling, and collaboration with demand, deployment, customer service, and transportations teams to build an efficient supply
network.

You will work with manufacturing teams to develop a strategy production plan, develop it with the service line, then present it for internal approval and customer acceptance.
Your role will function as an analyst of existing technical and domain specialists and bring value through well-adapted planning practices and solution driving problem-solving.
Be encouraged to establish inventory strategies to deliver service goals while ensuring the capacity plans are developed to support the client forecast. You will be accountable for understanding the supply chain and demand planning business drivers, the key interpersonal structure of the operations team, and drive performance improvement as you handle capacity planning and various logistics projects.

Responsibilities
• Perform high level risk assessment for the products which the business is planning to discontinue.
• Conduct analysis of KPI's and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain well-defined working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers.
• Responsible for inventory management, inventory location replenishment, SKU planning, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Build planning processes for project improvements.
• Support new product introduction in conjunction with sales.
• Lead inventory variances (Quarterly and yearly)
• Initiate product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing.
• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrate an understanding of supply chain cycle, Manufacturing, organization structures, and performance measures
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and working under timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability
• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related subject area)
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external partners
• Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key partners
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel, Tableau, and PowerApps for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting (SQL is a plus)
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• APICS affiliation and/or certification
• SAP or other ERP/APS software experience
• Effective interpersonal and verbal/oral skills
• Self-starter with independent work ethic and react quickly to priorities.
