Job Title: SAP Cloud Fulfillment Operation Team Member.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our SAP Cloud Fulfillment Operation Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end order fulfillment process in our SAP cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP cloud solutions and a strong understanding of order fulfillment operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

2.Strong experience in order fulfillment or cloud services, preferably in a SAP environment.

3.Strong experience with SAP CRM modules and functionality, including sales and service.

4.Manage customer orders in the SAP cloud system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with sales, customer service teams to address order-related inquiries, changes, and issues.

5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve order-related issues.

6.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams..

7.Knowledge of order fulfillment best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.

8.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

9.Monitor order processing activities in the SAP cloud system, including order creation, changes, cancellations, and returns. Monitor and track order status, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any issues or delays in the order fulfillment process.
