Our team has a need for a leader of it’s Product Security Analytics team.  This mature growing team is looking for someone with the passion and experience to take things to the next level.

The Product Security Manager reports to the Product Security Chief-Shared Services and will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing a team of Product Security data analysis professionals providing insights establishing comprehensive Product Security dashboards, along with managing the supporting infrastructure, to support organizational goals

Responsibilities

·       Lead, manage, and direct a team of Product Security data analysis professionals

·       Elicit and manage data reporting requirements with key stakeholders

·       Architect and drive the extraction of data from various sources using APIs or DB queries

·       Own the design and implementation of dashboards based on transformed data

·       Present dashboards to key stakeholders to facilitate decision making process

·       Drive changes in Product Security tools to improve collection of security data

·       Proactively leverage our rich data to identify trends and ways for us to optimize our work and drive down risk in our products.

Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·       Experience with software development and validation

·       Experience managing teams

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders

·       Experience with data transformation techniques (knowledge of data architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures)

·       Passion for effective communication of quantitative data

·       Ability to travel worldwide ca. 10%
