Job Description:

Godrej is hiring a qualified Data Analyst  with a bachelors degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, data mining, and database management. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI is essential. The role requires the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights through interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Design and create dashboards using Power BI to visualize data trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver reports on a regular basis.
• Travel to various locations as required (approximately 5-7 days per month) to gather data or meet stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (SQL) and database management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
