Engineering Associate

Sansera is hiring for the role of Engineering Associate!!

Responsibility:

Support the design and development of new products and components.
Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
Assist in creating technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the production process.
Participate in testing and validation to ensure product quality and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Prior engineering experience preferred but not required.
Strong technical skills with solid knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Effective teamwork and clear communication of technical information.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus.
