Roles and Responsibilities

1. Go to the different service centers to claim the product warranty and get the products repaired/exchanged when required.
2. Coordinate with the in-office team to check for the products that need to be repaired or exchanged.
3. Track the progress of warranty claims and ensure timely repairs are completed.
4. Conduct regular inspections of products to identify potential quality issues.
5. Maintain asset records, including warranty information and repair history.

Requirements

1. The candidate should have their own bike
2. The candidate should have a valid Driver's License
