Responsibilities
• Manage the Customer/Nacelles Product Technical relationship for Airbus A320neo program (CFM Leap 1A, CFM56-5B) for assigned airlines in India & nearby region.
• Assist customers with any product technical issue, reliability improvement, retrofit programs & drive effectively towards customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the SNA & MRAS Customer Team, to interface with all levels of customer contacts in support of Nacelle Product Entry into Service (EIS) preparation and follow-on revenue service operations.
• Provide technical assistance through on-site “Over the shoulder” mentorship and troubleshooting of Nacelles, including the use and accurate interpretation of data and technical instructions.
• Bring technical support and advice in day-to-day Customers operations in order to avoid any potential disruptions (Damage reporting, AOG)
• Participate in the in-service reviews with customers and report any potential problem seen on-wing (or) before/after SB implementation to concern back-offices.
• Review, report, and make recommendations regarding reported Nacelles malfunctions issues and failure trends to ensure a continuous reduction of disruptions for customers.
• Make recommendations regarding required maintenance to ensure alignment with customer operational needs. Recommend
• Assist the customer to drive service bulletin implementation and Field actions, to minimize operational interruptions.
• Maintain awareness of program and project changes and communicate to the Customer & any other additional tasks assigned by Customer support team.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Experience in technical engineering (especially on Airbus A320neo - Nacelles & Power plant basics) background in aviation field was required.
Preferred qualifications
• Preferred experience in Airline Technical Engineering (CAMO operations) or Customer Support Field Service functional roles on Airbus A320neo nacelle products was an advantage.
• Preferred Knowledge on AC Maintenance Manuals (
• Must be willing to Travel in a short notice for Field visits.
• Fluent in English & Hindi language.
