Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Executive to oversee our real estate operations and drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead and direct the real estate team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our real estate portfolio.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential investors, partners, and clients.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage real estate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor market trends and economic factors to make informed financial decisions.

1. Operational Oversight:

• Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and management of properties.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

1. Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with external parties.

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Executive or similar senior-level role in real estate management.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, financial analysis, and property management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Valid real estate broker’s license (if required by state or regional regulations).
