Sales Operations | 9 to 15 Years | Pan India
Job Description
- Drive periodic discussions independently with Sales Leaders to understand their funnel, expected closure dates, probability to win, ability to achieve forecasted volumes.
- Keep a continuous check on the funnel to spot potential errors, and alert respective stakeholders. Frequently run reports to understand funnel strength, assess coverage over forecast, and work with Finance controllers to manage monthly sales closure cycle.
- Generate reports on Funnel, YTD Sold data, Lost/Dropped opportunities for key stakeholders.
Primary Skills
- Experience in working with salesforce tool as a sales/sales support user.
- Understanding of Sales stages, Sales cycle, and key KPIs linked to opportunities (anticipated sign dates, probability to win, key offerings etc.)
- Opportunity creation and management in Salesforce
- Report/Dashboard creation via Salesforce
- Exposure/working Knowledge of Sales KPIs (Funnel, Closure dates, sales budgets/forecast etc.)
- Funnel error detection, communication skills
Secondary Skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce reports/dashboards, Advanced Excel techniques are a must.
- Exposure to other Dashboards desirable.
- Education Preferred -MBA / Degree in Sales / Operations / Data science
