Senior Lead Designer

HCL Tech is hiring for the role of Senior Lead Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To leverage design expertise to ensure that software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.
• To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
• To present design concepts and play a crucial role in shaping the overall design vision and strategy.
• To stay abreast of industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.

Requirements:

• Shall have extensive work experience in Motherboard designs Keyboards Mouse / PC Accessories
• Expertise in any of the following areas: RF Design / Analog Design/power Supply design
• Shall have extensive Experience in Cadence tools like OrCAD and Allegro PCB layout Viewer.
