Roles and Responsibilities

Having 8 years of experiance in SCCM

Must have hand on experiance in SCCM Infrastructre Server roles Performance monitoring capacity management and health check

Must have hands on experaince in design and implement SCCM roles like MP DP and other SCCM server roles

Must have hands on experiance working on 1E nomad intergation with SCCM and 1E nomad client health remideation

Must have hand on experiance in troubleshooting SCCM servers for all SCCM roles like MP DP DB Console FSP etc

Candidate should have extensive experaince of SCCMWSUS security patching troubleshooting and reporitng

SCCM client health reporting and troubleshooting

Must have an understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager SCCM

Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level exceptional customer service overall communication and technical writing skills

Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as a part of a team of engineers

Solid understanding of standard clientserver and networking fundamentals

Must be a team playerLead role and able to think outside the box for solutions

Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running application and packages machine targeted user targeted Application Library and Software Center

Schedule and deploy application upgrades in an enterprise environment

Provide valuable solutions for colleagues and stakeholders both tactically and strategically and ensure compliance to process procedure and tools within the operations

Manage and administer SCCM client health including the process of getting clients healthy

Troubleshooting the configuration issues using SCCM related Server and Client logs

Troubleshoot and resolve installation and deployment issues affecting the workstation environment and work with technicians to help resolve software installation problems

Knowledge creating SCCM canned reports SSRS and SQL queries Deploying Mobile Device Management

Managing the Microsoft Store for Business

Create technical enduser documentation on problem resolution

Provide status reports to the requesters and stake holders

The ability to create test and publish SCCM packages and applications a plus

Win10 Task sequence creation and Image deployment using MDT End to End Knowledge

Should know all features and components worked on SCCM

Project Lead management skills

Must have knowledge about ITIL Inciedent Request Problem and Change management process knowledge
