Service Desk Associate
Unisys is hiring for the role of Service Desk Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues and requests.
- Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all support incidents and resolutions.
- Adhere to SLAs and KPIs for response times and resolution rates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (preferred).
