Service Desk Associate

Unisys is hiring for the role of Service Desk Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support incidents and resolutions.
  • Adhere to SLAs and KPIs for response times and resolution rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications (preferred).
