Job Title: Service Management

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Location: Bangalore

  1. Monitoring dashboard & Triggering bridge in case of outage
  2. Ensure right stakeholder is in call, make a note in the call and communicate to right stakeholder/customer with proper articulation (Good English).
  3. Strong understanding of basic operational best practices such as monitoring, alerting, deployment and change policies
  4. Confidence to drive and manage large conference calls and also Experience dealing with customers during issue resolution and operating under pressure
  5. Excellent communication skill to drive routine communication of status to senior management and customer
  6. ITIL Certifications
  7. Strong understanding of CM, PM & AM process
