Responsibilities:

● Manage the day-to-day operations of studio activities, including photo shoots, video

shoots, and other creative projects.

● Liaise with internal teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and

other professionals, to ensure proper coordination and collaboration.

● Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary studio

equipment and supplies.

● Arrange and set up studio spaces for various projects, ensuring they are clean, organized,

and adequately equipped.

● Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, props, and jewelry products for

shoots and projects.

● Assist in counting the number of products received from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy

and maintaining proper documentation.

● Support the studio team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document

management, file organization and post production handover activities.

● Liaise with the post-production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient transfer of

files.

● Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any issues

or delays.

● Uphold and enforce studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
