Technical Program Manager, Security Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
• Experience with the security domain.
• Excellent project management, problem solving, and analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and change program.
• Experience leading technical programs that deliver products and services to users globally.
• Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation.
• Manage programs, collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
