●    Ability to select and plan the tools based on the drawings (turning & milling)

●    Experience with SAP is a real plus

●    Maintain perpetual records/inventory of issued tools & fixtures, returned and monitor the inventory is SAP

●    Manage all Tool Crib operations, including purchasing, inventory management, tool and fixture storage, tool inspection, sending tools for regrinding, setting up tooling for production, record keeping, computer reporting, employee training, etc.

●    Issue tools and fixtures to production team and ensure everything is properly returned

●    Make continuous improvements in Tool Crib operations and achieve exceptional results

●    Ensure all tooling and fixturing requirements are completed correctly, on time, and according to all engineering and quality specifications.

●    Inspect to new, special and re-grinding special tools and fixtures for proper operation

●    Check tool availability and set proper schedules for release of work order packages

●    Participate in monthly inventory audits annual physical inventories

●    Contact involved departments and persons to obtain information to process related paperwork and insure earliest availability of needed tooling
