Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Prospect and identify potential clients within your assigned region or territory for digital marketing services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, explaining the value of our digital package offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively closing deals and expanding client portfolios.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to effectively position our digital marketing solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and the successful execution of marketing campaigns.



Job Levels:

We are hiring for positions at various levels, from mid level to senior roles.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with passion and enthusiasm to grow with the market trends and make efforts to stand out from the crowd.

Entry-Level Field Sales Executive:

  • Experience Required: 3+ years in sales or marketing.
  • Salary: ₹12,000/month (base salary)+ Incentives
  • Additional Benefits: Performance incentives, training and development opportunities, and potential for rapid career growth.

Senior Field Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager:

  • Experience Required: 6 to 12 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the field marketing or Insurance, Banking, Real estate, FMCG. Experience in a leadership or Manager role is a plus.
  • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month (base salary), plus performance incentives and bonuses.
  • Additional Benefits: Commission structure, health benefits, career advancement opportunities.

Senior Sales Leadership (Area Sales Manager or Higher):

  • Experience Required: 12 to 15+ years in field sales with a proven track record of success. Experience managing a sales team and driving regional sales strategies is a must.
  • Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000/month (base salary), plus performance-based bonuses and commissions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a 12th Pass and maximum of Graduate
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience (for Senior Roles): Demonstrated experience in digital marketing sales, Enterprise B2B sales, B2C sales, Corporate Sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.
