Business Development Executive
Mode: Walk-in
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
* Understand and address clients' business needs and objectives.
* Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
* Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
* Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
* Study competition and market trends to find new ways to retain clients.
* Set and meet sales and revenue targets.
* Work closely with internal teams to address client needs.
Requirement and Skills:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving aptitude.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
