The Senior Lab Technician is responsible for overseeing and conducting a variety of complex laboratory procedures and experiments. This role requires advanced technical skills, a deep understanding of laboratory practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Senior Lab Technician will also mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory protocols.

• Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology). Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with at least 1 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Skills:Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
