Territory Manager: Customer Experience

Hero Moto Corp Limited is hiring for the role of Territory Manager: Customer Experience!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Ensure maximum customer connection to enhance customer experience
  • Facilitate Value added services to customers to enhance business penetration to generate more revenue
  • Implement a Balanced Scorecard approach and points
  • Provide product support in the field
  • Drive revenue growth and maximisation of profitability in Dealer Service
  • Increase the Happiness Index (CEI & CES) and work on reducing customer complaints by coordinating with all the stakeholders so that the end customer gets a delightful experience in the HMCL workshops
  • Ensure the timely submission of Warranty and FSC claims by the channel partners
  • Reduce non-claiming channel partners, reduce warranty rejection etc


  • BE/B Tech (Mech)
  • Minimum 2-3 years as Territory manager in any OEM
  • Knowledge of products & variants
  • Knowledge of systems & processes at Hero & channel partner
  • Channel management
  • Technical/commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Advanced Excel)
  • Customer Complaint Management
  • Inter-personal relationships/people management skills
  • Effective time management
  • Business communication
  • Effective decision making
