Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards for civil construction activities on renewable energy projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams on quality-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor quality assurance staff to uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development and review of quality control procedures and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve quality concerns and maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all quality control activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil quality management to enhance project performance.
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Quality Management or relevant discipline (preferred).
Experience:
  • 8-12 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry.
