About L&T SuFin |
L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T’s deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.
Desired profile
- Position Type: Permanent
- Qualification: MBA Marketing (Preferred) / Any Graduate
- Work Location: As per the location aligned for the job role
- Experience: 10-15 years post qualification preferably in B2B segment
- Stable career record.
- Preferred Candidates from BFSI (SME Asset Side preferrable)/E-commerce (Moglix, Udaan, IndustryBuying, India Mart) sector with a proven sales track record
Key Responsibilities
- Team Handling & Sales Training
- Driving Customer Onboarding, and retention with a strong Revenue Focus
- Responsible for driving business development efforts in the cluster,
- Represent the company in the market and build industry network
- Visit clients/potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote platform and allied services
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Generate Market Intelligence which would be of use to modify existing offerings
Key Competencies
- Should have demonstrated abilities to nurture relationships and generate revenue.
- Ability to handle and motivate a team
- Communicate persuasively in English & Hindi / Local language
